As a natural empath, and one who has personally walked the path of recovering from chronic illness at a young age, I offer intuitive energy readings, healing, and in-depth insights and mentoring to support your health and wellbeing. Having served 22+ years as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, I understand the path to health, and how to navigate both complimentary and modern medicine to create optimal wellbeing in life.

While I no longer practice acupuncture, clients have said my natural healing therapies are just as powerful, yet gentler. 

My work centers around the energetic connection of spirit and body. When our energies and life are in balance, we heal from inside and out. These methods will empower you for a lifetime.
