Please note, as a result of your use and purchases from our Site, you hereby agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies set forth herein. If you do not agree, we kindly request that you do not use this site. If you have any questions, please contact us directly. Thank you.

IF YOU LOSE YOUR DOWNLOAD, simply return to the “My Accounts” tab in the top menu bar of the Audio Store, log in, and re-download.


Audio downloads are considered non-tangible, not-returnable goods, and as such refunds are not typically offered. Once an order is placed, your product is delivered. However, we recognize there are exceptional cases of accidental purchase, download issues, or rare product defects.

Please see our policies below and reach out within 10 days of purchase if you feel a refund is warranted and we will honor your request. 

  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of request, and product price will be refunded directly to your original method of payment, typically no later than 7-10 days. (Taxes, tarrifs, of other international fees may not be returned, depending solely on purchaser’s country rules.)


It may happen that you have difficulty with your device in downloading a .mp3 product file. If this is the case, please address the following steps.

  • Please be sure to check the location on your device where any .mp3 audio or music file would normally appear (such as downloads folder, itunes, etc.) If you cannot see your download, try the search function for your device, and consult download instructions specific to your device for support.
  • If the above fails, then please reach out to us for assistance at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. By not doing so, you hereby agree that this means you’ve had a successful download. 
  • In the rare case, despite thorough testing, a product may have an error or be defective. We will gladly replace your product if given notice 48 hours from purchase.

Please note, we cannot guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications. Please reach out if we may of any other assistance.
